Return & Exchange Period

Our return and exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns,

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Perfume bottles must be at least 90% full.
  • Only 50ML spray bottles are eligible.
  • Your item must be returned in the same condition you received it.
  • A completed return/exchange form is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Tester Box (Sample Box), as it is intended solely for testing and experiencing our fragrances.

Processing Time

Return and exchange requests will be processed within 5–6 working days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your request.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
