How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days. Karachi orders may arrive sooner. Remote areas can take up to 7 working days.
Do you ship all over Pakistan?
Delivery is completely free on all orders, anywhere in Pakistan. No minimums, no hidden charges.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, take a clear photo or video immediately upon opening and send it to us on WhatsApp within 24 hours. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

What is Extrait de Parfum?
Extrait de Parfum is the most concentrated form of fragrance available — typically 30–40% fragrance oil, compared to 15–20% in a regular Eau de Parfum. This means deeper scent, stronger projection, and performance that lasts all day with just a few sprays.
How long does the fragrance last?
Our Extraits typically last 8–12 hours on skin, and even longer on clothing. Longevity varies depending on your skin type, hydration level, and where you apply it. For best results, apply to pulse points — wrists, neck, and behind the ears.
How do I know which scent is right for me?

What does "inspired by" mean?
Our fragrances are inspired by the character and feel of world-renowned luxury perfumes. They are not copies or counterfeits — they are independently crafted compositions that range from strikingly close to virtually identical, using premium French fragrance oils. You get the same experience at a fraction of the price.
Are your fragrances alcohol-based?
Yes. Our fragrances use a cosmetic-grade alcohol base, which is standard across the perfume industry. It helps the scent diffuse properly and carry further on the skin.
Are they safe for sensitive skin?
Our fragrances are made with skin-safe ingredients and comply with standard cosmetic guidelines. However, if you have known fragrance allergies or very sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test on your inner wrist before full use.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a fragrance if I don't like the scent?
Yes — we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. This applies to 50ml bottles only. The bottle must contain at least 90% of the original liquid (minimal testing is completely fine), and original packaging must be included. 5ml testers are non-returnable. Just message us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order details and we'll guide you through the rest.
What if I received the wrong product?
Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order details and a photo of what you received. We'll get the correct product dispatched to you within 5–6 working days.
How do I request a refund?
Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order details and reason. We respond to all requests within 24 hours and process exchanges within 5–6 working days. For damaged, leaking, or incorrect orders, send a photo or video as well and we'll sort it out immediately.
